TASA was founded in Switzerland in 1970 and later arrived in Colombia in 1976. For more than 40 years we have constantly transformed ourselves, adapting to the needs of our market, Executive Search and Selection in Colombia. As expert headhunters, our work starts around the strategy of the companies, its values ​​and desired culture, to better contribute at an organizational structure level, in the search for talent its development and alignment with the strategic objectives. We have contributed to companies by recommending executives who have achieved business results and a positive impact through participatory leadership.

We also offer executives job opportunities that represent professional and personal growth; with services specifically directed towards their development and transformation, which allows them to discover their strengths and purpose, so that they may align them with their career and thus be able to identify potential opportunities to promote it.

In 2018 we celebrated two important milestones: First, we reached our 25th anniversary as members of the Chamber of Commerce of Bogotá and second, we made the decision to develop our new Website, which we launched in 2019 and hope is the first of many steps while we move on to the next 25 years.
